Hi!,
I had the pleasure of speaking with one of your reps about 2 weeks ago
who set up my Diamond Service account and scheduled my
first cleaning. I had used Ned Stevens years ago to clean the gutters on
my home, but had no time this past Fall to schedule anything. All
winter, I was concerned about the gutters, so the Diamond Service is
perfect for me. (The agent) handled everything quickly and efficiently,
taking one important item off my To Do list for the entire year.
Two young gentlemen arrived the following morning to clean the gutters
and they did a great job! They fixed downspouts that were separated from
the house and garage, cleaned up after themselves, and were very nice.
They alerted me to some rotting wood on the side of the garage and
pointed out where the moss growing on the garage roof was doing damage.
I am very satisfied with the service provided and wanted to let you know
how much I appreciate the professionalism of your employees. All 3 are
terrific!
I have been telling everyone I know how great an experience this has
been and I look forward to a year without worrying about the gutters.

"I called for an estimate and was given one immediatly over the phone.
I opted to sign up for the service plan - 4 times/year.
They came out the day after I called and have been back one additional time.
I have not personally met anyone from the company which could be viewed as a negative.
But as a busy working mom, I really appreciated how easy they have made this.
I signed up over the phone ( with a very knowledgable and friendly woman), paid by credit card, receive a receipt on the front door when they've been out.
I've also sent my husband up on the ladder to check the job they did.
The gutters are spotless and the only evidence they were there is the receipt hanging on the door.
One all the snow melts, we'll be getting an estimate for an underground drain for our sump pump."
